I bought an article from Amazon (washable nursing pads). In the package, there was an offer to get a free gift. So i wrote the email as requested and they immediately responded and sent the gift my way, which i received a few days later. I got a wooden baby hairbrush with goat hair, which is so soft and seems great quality. The products seem great and their customer service is quick and they were very nice, great experience!

Helped with shipping issues

I had ordered the small pillow originally for my first order on KeaBabies and upon delivery I was upset I did not realize how small it actually was for my toddler being that this was his first pillow. Right away I contacted KeaBabies and they were extremely helpful, no problems at all they offered to resend me another pillow the size up from what I ordered and I received the pillow quickly! It was effortless and I really appreciated it! I’m a KeaBabies fan, their quality is great, the bibs, the sheets, and now the pillow that is my toddlers first ever pillow! So thank you KeaBabies for your assistance and I will continue to support them and their products!
