Loved the quality of the memory book but I ended up changing my mind. So when I reached out about a return, they were very quick to respond and there were no issues in accomplishing the return.

KeaBabies products are quality and affordable! We have used their bibs, burp cloths, wash cloths & towels. They are thick and absorbent. We wash them all the time and they have held up so nicely. Their customer service is prompt, polite and accommodating!

I was gifted one of their products for my baby shower and I absolutely love it. They included a free gift with the product so I had to correspond with them because I lived outside of the USA. The correspondence through email was very great. They answered all of my questions and replied very quickly.. Also, the shipping was fast.
