KeaBabiesReviews of keababies.com

The washcloths I purchased are exactly right. Super soft and a great color. I had a problem with the ship to address and they quickly resent the order without any problems.

Great communication to resolve issue.

Ordered 3 newborn velcro swaddles, shipped/delivered fast, and great product! Also was able to receive a special gift, their customer service is amazing with very fast responses (No problem, just to receive gift!).

Great products. The burp cloths are the softest we've ever used. Excellent customer service was provided. Highly recommended.

I've had nothing but great experiences with KeaBabies so far! I currently have two of their products, both of which seem to be of high quality. Their customer service is also excellent! I received a lovely gift from their company at my baby shower, but I already had a similar item at home. I reached out to see if they would accept a return and instead they credited my account with the amount of the item and didn't even ask me to return the gift. They were super quick to respond to me and were nothing but friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this brand!
