Beyond Nutrition - Kristen DeAngelisReviews of kdwellness.live

Kristen is a joy to work with. She demonstrates a deep knowledge and not only years of experience but numerous cases, more complex and less so. The likelihood of her being able to improve your life and provide the outcome you’re looking for is as close to a guarantee as you can get. She is one of the most passionate people I’ve met in regards to what she does. She lives what she teaches. She has the most kind soul. There are many people out there that you could explore but there is only one Kristen DeAngelis. I am forever thankful for the work we’ve done together and the effort she has put into me and my wellness. When no one else could help me, Kristen did.

Kristen has been a coach and a mentor to me and is an absolute legend in the functional health space. Kristen is so incredibly intuitive, meets her clients where they are at, and brings so much soul to an otherwise transactional relationship. She will listen, and care as deeply for her clients as they care for their own successes! If you've been considering working with her, her knowledge and methodology are exactly what you need so don't hesitate!

TLDR version: Kristen is an amazing person with a passion for women’s health. You cannot go wrong working with her. I began working with Kristen in September ‘20 after a year of TTC with no luck. I went off birth control after being on it for 10+ years and my period never came back. My OBGYN was unconcerned and wanted me to try a round of clomid (which failed) then refer me to a specialist. I didn’t feel great about this plan and then my sister referred me to Kristen. I’m not being unrealistic when I say Kristen changed my life in many ways. Kristen was compassionate and understanding about the delicate nature of trying to conceive. She working on a holistic plan with me: from bloodwork to diet to mindset. She helped to diagnose my PCOS and I had a consistent period back within 4 months of working together! I got pregnant in July of 2022 and Kristen was the first person I told, even before my husband :). I learned so much about my body and advocating for myself from Kristen. My daughter is here because of her! I didn’t need any invasive medical interventions like the doctor mentioned, simply lifestyle changes identified by someone who was willing to put in the work. Kristen has a positive mindset and celebrates all the wins with you but also is compassionate when things become difficult. She is knowledgeable on all things pregnancy and I 100% recommend working with her. You won’t regret it!

I would have never found my endometriosis without her. Before Kristen, I had seen 5 different health practitioners / coaches (one referred me to her), 2 GI doctor, 2 GYNOs, 2 primary health doctors, 1 hormone specialist, most were helpful for something but they all missed what was going on in my body. Once Kristen advocated for me to believe in my own pain, I started to research endometriosis since I didn’t have commons markers for it. After working with Kristen on how to best manage my inflammation, pain, and flare ups, she helped me realize there was more and then I spoke to an Endo surgeon and found out she was right the entire time. I would have never come to this conclusion without her. Not only that, but my body was set up for anti-inflammatory living which helped pre and post surgery. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I hadn’t worked with her.

I can’t thank Kristen enough for her time, love, attention to detail, and constant creative thinking. I was STRUGGLING- Hormones out of wack, high cortisol levels, TTC with no luck for over a year, migraines, etc. medical doctors wanted to put me back on hormonal birth control but I knew better! I worked with Kristen to fix the actual root of the problem. She helped me through testing and guidance as well as nutrition. I will be forever grateful for her coaching and would highly recommend anyone in need!

Kristen is an absolute gem! Not only is she kind, nurturing and caring, she is incredibly smart and bursting with information! Between fertility and gut issues, she has made me feel more confident working through these challenging times. I'd recommend her to anybody.

Life changing! I found Kristen at a point in my life I was desperate for answers. On paper I was a young healthy girl in her early 20s but haven’t had a menstrual cycle in years! Every doctor I went to said “you’re healthy just come back in the future when you want kids and we can explore options.” I refused to accept that answer & I knew there had to be a root cause but I didn’t know how to get there. I found Kristen on Instagram and I knew she was exactly what I needed! Her knowledge about the female body & hormones is top notch. We dug deep and went through all types of protocols to get to the root cause of my MIA period! Fast forward 5 years later I have a healthy 9 month old baby boy after getting pregnant naturally last year. If it wasn’t for all the work I put in working with Kristen, I don’t think I would have ever got pregnant. She truly is an expert at all things hormonal. Kristen makes you feel understood and supported throughout your journey. I can’t recommend her enough as a health coach!

Kristen truly saved my life and I wouldn’t be where I am today with out her. I came to her with unexplained weight gain, hives, rashes, acne, bloating, irregular periods, not sleeping, over exercising and under eating. She brought my body back to homeostasis. After working with Kristen I reversed my PCOS, have regular periods, sleep 8-10 hours a night, lost over 30lbs, learned how to regular my nervous system, have zero acne, no bloating, feel SO good. I also learned proper nutrition, stopped drinking alcohol, found my forever partner, and started a new business. I could not have done that without Kristen. She is also an amazing human and love her so much!! You will not regret working with her.
