Quality of product is incredible, everything is above beyond expectations in that regard. Only problem I had was to do with shipping and delivery. I paid £36 delivery on the website and it was stated as being 2-3 days or 5-7 days depending on how remote you are. The product took 2 weeks to arrive and had very limited tracking information. When it arrived in the country I was asked to pay for customs by the delivery company which was an additional £65. I was informed about a possible delivery charge on top but they did not disclose the exact amount until after it arrived in the country. Again, product is exceptional, company is trustworthy, but delivery and communication aren't a strong-suit.

Only run into one problem with an order from KBDFans over several dozen orders. But it was enough to knock off a star. I have a pcb delivered brand new with a missing hotswap socket. I contacted KBDFans seconds after delivery to notify them. They had me ship it for repair, and it took months to get the replacement. Outside of that incident, they have been pretty good about shipping out things in a timely manner.

If a package is lost on behalf of the delivery company, KBDfans does an amazing job. They are very understanding, very considerate, and very timely. However, if there is something wrong with small parts of an order that you did receive (missing screws or a few fragile/missing keys) , they charge shipping to fix the error that is on their behalf. I was quite unsatisfied with that, and I wish they could figure out a better solution.

About the support: The support takes a bit of getting used to, as you are rather switched between a bot communication and one of the employees. However, the employees try to find a solution to precise questions in English. About the product quality: I have not found any faults or defects in my ordered products. The individual packages were securely packed to prevent any transport damage. Delivery: I placed the order on 29.03.2021 and on 07.04.2021 it was by Fedex at my home. Even the arrival time was kept exactly and the package arrived on time. Conclusion: Four stars because I find that the communication via chat on their site is a little room for improvement. All in all, I would order here again.
