Ordered a set of keycaps advertised as a "black base." When they arrived it became clear they were more of a gunmetal grey. Customer service refused to provide any assistance. I was literally told "I'm sorry, I don't know what kind of black you mean by 'black'." Wild. Don't buy from these folks.

I ordered a GT80 for $149 USD including shipping. Because the shipping cost wasn’t declared on the customs documents, DHL applied the highest rate, increasing the total to €179. This meant paying around 50% extra on top of the actual item value of $126 USD, including nearly €60 in tax and handling fees. Additionally, some essential parts were missing and had to be resent. Due to incorrect declaration, I incurred almost €30 in extra charges for parts worth just $5 USD, which should have been delivered free as “free replacement / no commercial value.” Altogether, the additional costs could have nearly paid for a second case. After a PayPal dispute, the overpaid fees were refunded — but I would not repeat this experience.

ordered a keyboard in a color that they said was in stock after purchasing was told they made a mistake and they didn't have the color I ordered in stock to which I was sent the different color and the order wasn't cancelled when trying to return it was told I had to pay to ship it back which is about $70 some dollars to get the refund for the $130 keyboard when talking to support was told there was nothing they could do for me even though they made the mistake I never bought something from a site that said they had something in stock when they didn't and send you a different color and think you are supposed to just be ok with it then told to send it back but I have to pay for shipping cost very unprofessional and was not given any chance to be able to fix it overall a waste of time and won't ever try to buy another one of their products again

Terrible customer service they take so long to answer I'd they even do.

Ordered the Tofu65 2.0 pcb to replace my Tofu65 original pcb, and that's my mistake as those two are incompatible. I opened the packaging, then put it back when i realized my mistake. After contacting them about a refund, they told me it was still ok to return but I'd have to pay for shipping AND mark it as an item valued below $40 so they don't have to pay extra taxes. That's a straight up lie and so shady, and on top of that the shipping cost nearly $30. I called it quits and I just have an extra pcb sitting around now. I have never had a good experience with KBD fans and if I ever look for new keyboard parts I will absolutely stay away from them at all costs. Waste of space

I ordered a set of keycaps and returned them, only received 25.31 out of 126.57$ Further attempts to dispute it landed my account frozen and unable to get any help unless I cancelled my paypal dispute and let them handle it.

Be careful they don't disclose being from china and they ask you for money after.

I recently purchased the Adam keyboard and was excited to use it for the first time. During the building process I realized I was missing a switch (no big deal). I contacted the company and requested a switch. The company accused me of possibly losing it somewhere. I informed them that I have searched the entire area I built the keyboard, and found nothing. They told me they were sending extra switches. Moving forward, My monitor had not come in, so I hadn’t gotten the chance to use the keyboard after building it. Once I plugged it in, only half the keyboard was responding. I took it apart and rebuilt it, and still the same thing. I contacted the keyboard company and requested a return and a refund, and Instead of accepting my offer, they kept offering me solutions I did not want. Nor did they give me my 120$ back. I won’t be buying from this company in the future and I am disappointed in the customer service provided.
