Really happy with my keyboard kit. It came a lot sooner than I expected and was very affordable for the quality provided. Also, the Typeplus x YIKB stabilisers are probably the best I've ever owned even though I haven't modded them at all. Shipping was also a lot cheaper than I expected! Overall, I'm very happy with my experience, and will definitely be buying from KBDFans again.

Purchased an Athena 1800 keyboard for my next build. The PCB sadly arrived damaged. But KBDFans’ customer service team not only sent me a new one for free, they tested the PCB before sending it and sent me a video of the test. That extra piece of mind meant a lot to me, given the shipping times from China to the US can get lengthy. New PCB arrived within a week, and the keyboard is now doing great!

I static shocked my custom keyboard about 6 months after building it since I live in a dry area during winter, which ended up completely frying the middle row of my pcb. So I reached out to customer support and showed them the issue and they are sending out a free replacement pcb! Super quick customer service, very kind and friendly and he knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend this company, not just for their assistance but they also have really nice boards. Shoutout Jean in customer support for helping me

I had made a very stupid mistake and put in the wrong email address when I placed my order. I was worried I somehow screwed up this pretty expensive purchase, but Jean was very patient and helpful and made sure everything worked smoothly. Very responsive and helpful and informative, a lovely customer service interaction! Would reccomend KBDfans based on the quality of Jean's support.

Couple things: I was nervous about ordering from China for all the normal reasons sending hundreds of dollars to another country can be stressful. My purchase shipped very quickly and I got updates as soon as it cleared customs. Super easy. Second - I made a mistake on my order and realized I missed something critical. I figured I was basically sol but I tried customer service and immediately got a response with a solution to my problem. Jean was very helpful and responsive! Looking forward to my next order. Thanks, KBD Fans customer service.
