KBDfansReviews of kbdfans.com

Dumb import tax fees that are not listed on the website. They should be listen on the website. It doesn't tell you anywhere that it may come with import fees or anything like that. Thank god I bought the 360$ keyboard with a stolen paypal acc :-). Hope that they chargebacked.

I ordered the kbd67 lite r4 off of their group buy. They sent me the wrong color which isn't a big deal initially since I thought it would be a easy fix. However after contacting them and informing them they just claim that the color I received was in fact the right color (even thought it was indeed the wrong one) and proceeded to waste my time by gaslighting me trying to convince me that some how this greenish keyboard is the blue keyboard I ordered. I got the vibe that they just didn't want to replace the case for me which I would have thought I could just trade in the one I have for the correct one, but I guess that was too much to ask for.

I ordered a $530 keyboard and never got it I tried customer support but they didn't care about it. In addition, import fees into the EU are high the website didn't state that there were fees I had to spend an additional $200 to import it into the EU and I still never got it delivered to me

This company is a joke! I purchased a keyboard kit (Tofu65Acrylic with PCB and Plate) I then realised that it will NOT have underflow, images on website are misleading. I return in. they do not reimburse initial shipping $70, I then have to pay $136 to ship back to them. I explain this to customer service and am told "I can't do anything". from my $380 purchase I will see less than HALF back, when I follow the return process, do not open it, do It on the day of receiving it. THIS IS NOT OKAY!

I spent $500 ordering a custom pre-assembled Tofu65 keyboard from KBD 3-4 months ago. I have had constant issues with this keyboard since I got it. From the keys not responding on PC start-up as well as a damaged switch/stab which leaves my backspace key stuck/repeating. Customer service is little to no help, sending me youtube videos on how to disassemble and rebuild my own keyboard to fix it (I am not tech-savvy enough to do this), telling me to just take it somewhere to get it fixed, and being very short with responses. I asked multiple times if they could just repair the keyboard for me, and they say they can't because their repair service is "located internationally" and it's "expensive" so it seems they have no warranty or service to repair the keyboard. If I could go back I would not order from this site again.

This has to be the worst company I have ever ordered from, the shipping took 2 weeks for my package to even get to the US, after that my package got lost and I asked for a refund but they said they had to do a 2 week investigation before I could get a full refund. And the worst part is that it is Christmas eve and I am waiting for my package to come as it was a Christmas gift for my son. If they had just refunded me the money I could have easily bought the keyboard from another site for a bit more with 2 day shipping. This is a horrible company and I highly recommend you to steer clear of their site and buy from different sites.

The keyboard will last less than a year. The wired connector will be LOOSE CONSTANTLY. Typing only for the keyboard to disconnect in the middle of doing anything with the keyboard. The keyboard is CONSTANTLY being disconnected from the crappy low quality parts they use. This is just the tip of the iceberg. "designed in the usa made in china" maybe you should have let them design as well because your products are straight garbage Buy from somewhere better.

KBDfans sent my order using FedEx and for some unknown reason FedEx claimed my address was wrong and couldn't deliver the package (note: I was available and at my apartment all day waiting for the package to arrive and even received 3 other packages for my neighbors that day). At FedEx website there was a warning saying "Delivery exception: Incorrect address - Apartment/Suite number". After that, I checked my address numerous times but it was just right, no mistakes at all. So I followed the procedure they suggested under their website: emailed them and told them that the address was correct and they should simply try to deliver it again because I couldn't change the correct address to something else simply because they couldn't deliver it correctly. Then, I received a reply saying that they would contact the local FedEx facility and the warning from the FedEx page was replaced to "Waiting for new schedule delivery" or something like that. So I just waited for my package to arrive after that. 4 days later and the package didn't arrive, so I tried to check its status again and to my surprise there was a new warning saying "Unable to deliver shipment, returned to shipper." without even a second delivery attempted. Then, I contacted FedEx by phone and they told me they couldn't do anything for me and I should contact the KBDfans because they were the ones responsible for the package, not me. I contacted KBDfans and they didn't care at all about the issue. They said FedEx were charging them the exact amount I payed for their products for the returning shipping costs and because of that I wouldn't get the items anymore. I tried to argue in a polite manner because in my mind it just don't make any sense that I simply lost around 60 euros because FedEx didn't find my apartment. I did everything right and got in touch with FedEx to say that the address was correct and they didn't try to deliver it again. I also tried to contact FedEx again by phone and they said that if this was their fault I was eligible to get a refund for the shipping costs but KBDfans should request it, not me. So, I contact KBDfans again and they didn’t bother doing anything. It seems like they are super fine at getting their items back and simply leave me with a 60 euros loss. Then I got mad and said if they didn’t do anything I would leave them a bad review. After that they were a bit more polite with their messages but kept saying they couldn’t do anything else. I also asked KBDfans for a proof of the return shipping costs so I could at least know that they actually had to pay the 60 euros they claimed but they never did that nor were willing to back me up with FedEx to get the refund and later refund me too. PS: FedEx was really efficient at finding my address to deliver the import taxes invoice (since they had the right address all along, of course). But I phone them again and they ended up saying I didn't need to pay for that since I didn't get the items so I only lost around 60 euros and not 85 in total...
