KBDfansReviews of kbdfans.com

Fantastic customer service. I've wanted to change my options for my order after placing it, and they were extremely responsive via the live chat. The entire process was fast and painless. I also love their product offerings.

Alice was very patient and helped me with my issue with my board. They gave me informative information and possible solutions and it was very helpful and stress free.

Alice was super helpful and quickly resolved the issue.

Wayne helped me fix my keyboard he was very quick and did a wonderful job!

Amazing Customer Service, Instant replies, High quality products, and Keyboard came in only 3 days.

Needed to combine orders due to some of them having in stock items and some GB items, and Alice kindly managed to do that so the in stock items could ship fast. Great support!

I bought the keyboard DIY kit and the keycaps except for the cat paw ones from you guys. The keycaps are nice. KAT profile is interesting. They are "soft" and very quiet. I did not need to put anything between the PCB and the case (no foam, no rubber). This is an awesome keyboard... it was hard to build because my hands are shaky and the screws are small, but that is irrelevant. It feels solid, it sounds great!! I really enjoyed this. It was my first time building it. I will be building a tofu65 for myself with Gateron Black Inks. I am probably going to just use the same pudding caps that I was using on my old cooler master keyboard. Thank you again for the excellent service. KBDfans has excellent service and quality products at reasonable prices. If you are starting to build your own keyboards then start here. Don't get yourself into the group buys until you find your passion. Don't spend 300+ (okay.. the bella kit was 300+ but there was more to it as the build was for my gf and she loves cats). Edit: I just saw bad reviews.. does not make sense. Yes. It takes two weeks for packages to enter the USA from China.. this is actually common knowledge and if you order anything from China to the US you'll know it takes forever. Sorry about your kid's christmas but I'm sure he will understand that the package is coming if you learn simple international conventions regarding import and export... asking for your money back because foreign policy sucks makes no sense.

Hey, I just wanted to quickly reach out and let your guys know that KBDfans has really provided me with great service. This is was my first time ordering a custom keyboard. So I made some mistakes and had to make adjustments, they are been extremely patient and helpful all the time
