I got the Eden Pear 10ml but the atomizer was damaged and I reached out to customer service and they were able to refund it quickly. I also had another issue that took a little longer to resolved, but they were able to help me. I will always be purchasing Kayali, I love Mona's product!!

I would like to compliment their customer service team for being prompt, polite, helpful, and kind! I recently made my first purchase directly from the company website. (I've purchased kayali only from Sephora before.) My items arrived well packaged with care. Unfortunately, one of the mini perfumes I ordered did not spray correctly: the atomizer was broken in some form. I reached out to customer service and was contacted very promptly. They worked with me to see if it was a fixable problem, and were prompt to respond every time. They ultimately determined that it was not fixable and sent out a replacement. It was a fast and helpful interaction, 5 stars to the customer service team! As far as their products, also 5 stars. Beautiful bottles, beautiful scents, long lasting... kayali is one of the only perfume brands that don't give me a headache. This brand knows how to make the perfume a full experience from the gorgeous bottles to the complex fragrances. LOVE. Side note: if you try a sample set, give a spray and then wait several days and try again. The scents are much richer after they sit a bit!

I recently purchased/received their 2025 Discovery Layering Set. I thought the price of the set was more than fair. However 11 dollars for shipping is a little crazy imo. All the scents are nice, but everything has such a strong....perfume scent? Very artificial. That's the best way I can word it. You can pick up on the notes right after spraying, but after a minute or so, they all dry down to a basic sweet perfume smell. I fell in love with marshmallow scent, but after it dried down I could barely smell it. And the Pistachio scent was so disappointing. Smells pleasant at first, then dried down very weird. Juicy Apple, Vanilla Rock Candy, and Marshmallow were the one's I liked the most. But again, the notes don't last very long and just dry down to a basic sweet perfume. I don't regret my purchase. The set is fairly priced, with a many different scents to try out. Although shipping was pricy, my order was fulfilled and derived quickly. And they package their products very safely.

I made a purchase for myself on Valentines Day received my order everything was good. Once I received the order I realized I did not like the fragrance so I followed all instructions and returned fragrance in original packaging using return postal that was sent with purchase. I lost the tracking number and unfortunately Kayali is doing nothing to help. I think they do this on purpose as to not have to return payments. IF THEY CAN CREATE AND SEND POSTAGE THEY CAN ALSO TRACK IT. I will you getting a charge back through my credit card. I don't have $127.00 to give away. Will never purchase from them again. Beware customer service is made up of generic robotic answers.

I am currently going through a very frustrating experience with Kayali. I placed an order (KYAE-12514) on march 10th for my niece's birthday, that was ultimately returned by the carrier as it wasn't moving for 15 days. I was promised a full refund on March 25th and was told it would be processed within a few business days by customer service. It has now been over two weeks since then, and I still have not received my money. What’s worse is the lack of transparency and communication. Each time I follow up, I receive generic responses saying the refund is “in the final stages” or that I will get an update within 1–2 business days... deadlines that they repeatedly fail to meet s I have to restart the whole process again! I even contacted my bank, and there is no refund pending, which suggests it may not have even been processed yet. This kind of delay and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their own refunds like this. I now have no other. choice than to initiate a chargeback through my bank. Very disappointing experience! I will not be ordering again.

I love Kayali perfume. I like that I can sample scents before I buy a bigger bottle. Also, shipping is fast and I haven't had any bad experiences with broken bottles. Love it!
