POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - CHEAP LOOKING SILVER NECKLACES. Ordered 4 products- 2 of the silver necklaces appear dingy - grey in color. They look cheap and nothing like the bright shiny pictures on their website. I contacted the company to see if they needed cleaning and they replied this is “normal” and intentional. I asked why their pictures of the same products do not look this way they cut off communication. However, they did suggest I purchase additional products they claim would be shinier. Do not recommend and will not be wasting any more of my money with them.

I’ve ordered a lot from Katie Designs and I do love my collection. However, I bought rings for my daughter and her friends for Christmas and they’ve already reported back that the rings turn their fingers black. So disappointed. I’m so embarrassed.

I am absolutely appalled and disappointed - if I had the option, I would give them zero stars! The color of the gold jewelry they sent is nothing like the online photos they use to advertise. It's a dark, unappealing gold that looks cheap and tacky. It's honestly the most unattractive gold color I've ever seen! I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a solution, but I was met with a lack of empathy and assistance. I was informed that I could only return one out of the four necklaces I had purchased, as the others were marked as final sale. While I understand the concept of final sale, I believe that it's unacceptable for a company to advertise one color and then send something completely different. The customer service representative I interacted with simply repeated, "We understand that you're frustrated, but there's nothing we can do." This left me feeling helpless and disappointed, having spent $170 on ugly gold necklaces that were intended as Christmas presents. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The misrepresentation of their product and the poor customer service I received has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Beautiful packaging , and I actually love it more in person than the photos. So happy with the purchase . I want the gold one now. 🦋Paula

My first purchase was the original necklace RWTFYA! OMGOODNESS. Gorgeous piece and so well made. The magnetic clasp is a revelation! The different ways you can layer and have multiple intentions really set the mood for my day. Now I have more pieces and given some as gifts. Intentional, thoughtful and creative jewelry. I’m so glad I found KD and will continue to support this team 💖
