Wood beads give me an allergic reaction unfortunately!! It turns out that these beads are coated with formaldehyde. This toxin creates many allergic problems. I hope that Katia will produce responsibly a more healthy & safe product instead of hiding this fact. I cannot wear many items that I paid a lot of money for.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear that you had a reaction. Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. 💛 We want to reassure you that our wooden beads are not coated with formaldehyde. They do have a standard protective sealer, but we understand that customers with more sensitive skin can still experience irritation from certain materials. Everyone’s skin reacts differently, and we never want you to feel unable to enjoy your pieces. Please reach out to our support team so we can look into your case and find the best way to make this right for you. We genuinely appreciate your feedback — it helps us continue improving. 🤍

I’ve ordered 5 bundles from the TikTok store and I love every one of them. They are made with great craftsmanship, and the quality of the crystals and beads is excellent. I absolutely love the magnetic closure, it helps make putting the necklaces off and on, so easy. The colors are beautiful, and I love the message that each piece has. Love these necklaces.
