I ordered a wrong size belt and they were very helpful the whole way through to getting me a new one in the correct size right away. Great customer service

Great company overall. They truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. I will be a repeat customer!

First I want to say there costumer service is another level. I ordered the wrong size and simply had to email there return email and within a day they got back to be with step by step list of what I need to give them and they shipped my right size out the next 2 days. The fastest I have ever received an acknowledgment email let alone 4 days later they would ship out the right size. This company is really great and the belts are even better.

Fantastic products and customer service. Brilliant customer service. After a slight malfunction with one of their products, I contacted them and they got back to me within the day offering to replace it for free. Wish more smaller clothing companies were as helpful as these guys!! 10/10 will certainly be buying again :)

Besides the fact these are some of the best designs I’ve seen in lever belts it also helps with hitting my peak performance and smashing PRs in the gym. Absolutely amazing quality and this is coming from someone whose never enjoyed using any other belts. This is 10/10!

They were quick to acknowledge the situation and helped me get a replacement lever belt buckle so that I can keep hitting PRs.

ngl saw the price at first and said damn but once my divine wings belt came in, it was so worth it. the quality of the belt itself is amazing, not to mention the lever design is dope af. favorite part are the designs who can choose from, definitely recommend investing in these belts!!

The products at Katamu are top notch. It might look a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I got the vengeance lifting belt and it came in sooner than expected in great condition. Not only that but their customer service is fast and the people are extremely helpful. I will be buying all future lifting gear at Katamu!
