KatamuReviews of katamu.co

The quality of every single product was top notch! Every detail is there and the quality was on point. I reached out to them with some questions after receiving my products and they provided quick and helpful customer service. Definitely the best service from a company, they were extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions. 100% will continue to purchase from this amazing brand!

my first belt came damaged but after contacting them they quickly sent me a replacement 10/10 customer service and the belt quality and designs are amazing.

They were very responsive to my communications and did everything to make my purchase a successful one. Definitely will do business again.

The belt itself is REALLY nice, and they have really cool designs. Unfortunately, the buckle wasn’t tapped all the way for one of the screws so I sent Katamu a message about it, and they replaced the buckle right away. All I had to do was provide a picture. Awesome customer service!!

This company is so amazing, the customer service is the best out of any i’ve ever received. They communicate so well and ensured my product was delivered, as for the quality of my belt it’s perfect! my boyfriend loves his gift so much. totally reccomend

Customer service was amazing, they helped me through every step of a return/exchange and made it way easier than I ever thought possible. I got my Divine Wings Lever Belt, and I can’t wait to try it out on my next lift!

I really enjoyed working with the company for a year and a half. I bought all the main items, some of them several times, and I was satisfied. I would also like to mention the service, even though I live on a different continent, the assistance with orders and delivery was very effective, and the communication was friendly and warm. The products helped me stay in shape and work out in the gym, and I didn't give up. I wish the team prosperity and new successes!!

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.
