I placed my order on Dec 14th or 15th and it is now Dec 27th and I have still not received my package. I look at the tracking and it's barely in it's way. They take 10 days just to process your order. Ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have bought many items from Karmaloop and have always been happy with the products and service. I return to their website to see what the buyers have brought because they understand what is on-trend as well as classic. Karmaloop is one of my main go-to place for new clothes and accessories. Also, I am very happy with how many 100% cotton things they have.

I wish I could give a better review but I still have not received my hoodie I ordered over two weeks ago so It never made it under the christmas tree. Not sure why this site takes so long to ship. Its not like they are hand weaving the clothes.

It was never stated on the website what the Christmas cut off date was and I am getting items after Christmas now the previous time I tried to order it processed my order in error charged me and never sent anything. In the past I have always had great experiences but recently I don't know if I want to continue my shopping and it's sad because I love this website and can purchase some of my favorite brands we will see in the future how it goes
