karmaloop messes up far to often

not happy
I ordered a tee shirt for my son 2 weeks before xmas. The website very clearly stated all orders received iby a certain date will arrive by xmas eve. That promise was not keep. 2 days after xmas the tee shirt still hasn't even shipped. I called karma loop multiple times in the 2 weeks since I put in the initial order. Had to wait up to 20 min each time to get through to a representative. Each time I was assured I would get tee by xmas eve. Very poor service

We apologize for the delay the item purchased. Upon reviewing your order I see that the items you have purchased are blank tees and/or sweatshirts that are sent to a sublimation printing factory which typically takes 7 to 10 business days to process. We will issue you a refund for the item.

shipping concern
I ordered 2 pairs of boots on separate orders. Satisfied with the ordering process. It was how they were both shipped. Only one piece of tape used to close the box. And on both orders by the time I received one end of the box open on both shipments. Box needs to be closed more securely.
