slow shipment
First time ordering something from this website and it's taking too long for just one item. Starting to feel like this website is a scam smh.

The only place I get my clothes from
I've placed multiple orders with Karmaloop over the past couple years and have yet to be anything less than extremely satisfied with the product and service. The clothes are always quality and reasonably priced. I've found the customer service to be timely and effective at resolving issues. I've tried ordering clothing online from other stores but I've never been satisfied with the quality. I'm constantly being asked where I get my clothes from and I'm proud to be repping Karmaloop!

From all the times I've ordered from here I haven't had any issues, and if I contact them they reply ASAP. Only thing I would suggest is better shipping options, most of the times items ship separately instead of all together. Also more coupons or discount codes should be given for returning customers.
