Ordered 3 shirts and a cardigan. I only received the 3 shirts in 2 orders. The 2nd delivered was tagged as my cardigan but it was the 3rd shirt. I emailed same day, then followed up on that same email a week later with zero acknowledgment of existence. I even called and was told to email. Extremely disappointed as I was hoping for this to become a go to brand for clothing. Update: after 2 follow up I was refunded for my missing item.
