My sincere gratitude to Nick Vera and his entire team at Strategic Funding who assisted us with a recent loan. We were in the unwanted situation of needing a quick gap loan to complete a project, and found ourselves having to do so on very short notice. Nick and Strategic were exceptional. Their manner was professional, forthright, and honest. They worked really hard to find the right solution FOR ME, not for them. They were upfront about costs, fees, and interests rates. And they did so immediately. Not so with their competitors. More on the this later. Nick took great pains in explaining how our particular loan worked, and provided several options I hadn't even considered. We had worked with a competitor in the past, and the experience was far from satisfactory. Generally you reach a low level uninformed agent processing initial information and progressively work your way up to more senior people who have more accurate information, much of it not forthcoming. This was not the case with Strategic. Nick was our initial contact and stayed with us every step of the way until funding. I cannot tell you how important this is during a business crisis.
