I had a very good experience with Kapitus until I got ready to pay off the loan.. I discussed in length when I got the loan about early payoff. I knew I would do my best to pay off the loan early. After 8-9 mts I got a consolidated loan to pay off loans including this loan. In the payoff letter that took 1 week to get I saw this note stating: "If payoff amount is received from a third party the early repayment discount is deemed inapplicable" so in other words the reduction of interest of over 5000.00 I still had to pay. Once you pay off any loan in any way this should be illegal. I went back and looked at my loan documents it was in there but was never discussed with the loan officer. (who would not return any email) With is in the document it should have been discussed and pointed out by the loan officer, due to my concern over this during the loan process. Also I had to have the payment wired due to they would not accept a mail payment.

They mail you flyers of loans stating they have low rates but what they do is give you an extremely high-interest CASH ADVANCE and tell you it's a loan. You pay double fees from what they deposit for the aka cash advance then they bill you all the fees in your loan. The sales person will tell you you can pay off the loan to reduce your fees if you pay off early. But beware this is a sales pitch only. Stated by the customer service rep at Kapitus. If you request to pay off the loan early they will not give you any deductions off the fees. I know from experience. I asked to pay the loan off early 41 days after I got the money. I asked to payoff and they refused to discount any fees in fact a 8 month early pay off they offered me $264 in a reduced fee. Any other reputable company would reduce the fee charge. I would never borrow money from this company there are to many other good reputable companies out there. Consumers beware.

Very interesting group of scammers. First they'll spam you with email and calls. Then they will collect all your personal and business data. Then they'll have someone "deny" you even though you've passed all their parameters. Then they'll tell you that "oh im sorry. we can't delete your data" Small businesses be VERY careful with this company.
