Initial financing process was smooth and simple. Closed in two days as promised. However, the rest of the terms they offered during setup process was complete BS. Example… we were told due to this being the first time using them we didn’t qualify for line of credit but they could offer cash advance. Didn’t really like the terms but also didn’t have many options. They said that after we paid 40% of the loan down we could request a modification to make payments more reasonable or apply for line of credit after relationship and good payment history were established which was a lie. So they then at that point just continue to offer you more money at crazy interests rates to keep you locked into their terms without actually trying help you pay off the debt. Definitely source other options before using them. After speaking with other companies we found that most of their loans and interest aren’t even legal under typical finance standards but they’re not regulated.

Worked with a lot of companies getting short term financing and there are always surprises and delays. None of that with Kapitus at all, they say what they mean and mean what they say. Both times I have used them they closed in two days time as they committed. Highly recommend.

Nothing but lies during the approval process. Stay away from this company. May as well take a loan from the Mafia.
