Serious delays and dishonest customer service
We placed an order on 12/13 which was estimated to arrive no later than 12/21. When the order hadn't shipped by 12/20, called customer service and was told the order had shipped but the shipping info hadn't been sent yet. In reality the order hadn't shipped. The order wasn't shipped until 12/21. Then due to the holiday rush, was in transit for 6 days and arrived 12/27. Dry ice used in packaging was all gone and the meat was questionable at best. The biggest issue was that customer service knowingly lied when telling us the order had shipped. We would have preferred to have been told it hadn't shipped as originally estimated and would be delayed.
