SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!! 1 year ago i bought toy from them for 25$ and never got it. I wrote to their customer support and they asked for details of my order. I sent all details and they apologized for delay. When i asked for tracking number they disappeared and stopped to answer for my messages. After 6 months of waiting i asked for refund of my money. I am nurse and i am earning this money for 3 days in my home country. Why this people are stealing my money like this? Its was Christmas present for my mom and i am so disappointed that Moms dog stayed without any present. I sent to this company around 35-40 emails and every time they just no answering at all for or they are asking to sent them one more time all details. Scammers who will steal your money. Worse customer service ever!!!

Do not buy!!! Wish I could assign zero stars. Company says they will provide refunds if you ship their unused product back to China, at YOUR cost. I did this in June and still haven't received a refund. Bianca stopped answering my emails. And, I am out the money I spent, the product, and the cost to ship it back. Total scam company and junk product. Don't waste your time or money!!!

DO NOT BUY! Totally junk. Our dog destroyed it in less than 10 minutes and then vomited several pieces up. Took 3 months to receive with absolutely no help from their customer service. They refuse to offer refund.

If I could give this product a zero star review I would. Totally misleading advertising. Duped us, though. It took weeks (like 6-8 weeks!!!) to receive our item. Within minutes of giving this toothbrush to our 45-lb dog, she chewed chunks off of it like it was butter. Terrible quality. They will not refund our money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS!!!

Bought the toothbrush for our dog. Took two months (!) to arrive. Contacted customer service during that time who was responsive and kept assuring me with empty phrases. It finally arrived. Damaged. The packaging was just a cheap soft envelope, and the item was bent. Followed the instructions to insert toothpaste and gave it to our dog. He took one sniff and ran away. Tried to remove the toothpaste from the item. Almost impossible. It's not designed to be cleaned. Put some peanut butter inside which he loves. He licked it once and then ignored it. Request for a refund was ignored by customer service. Never responded to my emails. Total waste of money. I feel ripped off. Do not recommend.

I recently bought the toothbrush. Just as everyone else, it took weeks and weeks to arrive. It was a piece of junk. My 10 lb pound dog had it starting to pulverize within minutes. Of course I took the stupid thing away from her. Obviously even though they falsely claim it’s non toxic and and FDA approved, I’m not stupid. I’m no letting my dog ingest rubber or plastic. That in no way is non toxic or FDA approved. I put a review on Fakebook that never made it to the site. Odd to think they would censor a post hmm? I was blocked from seeing reviews or comments. Don’t buy from Fakebook. Obviously they are in bed with China as that’s where the money is.

I wish I had read these other reviews before I ordered. It took 3 weeks to receive the KanineCare Dog Tooth Brush (from China). It is not as they claim in the advertising. Within minutes, my dog was chewing up and swallowing bits of plastic from the top so I can't let her have it. I tried calling the number on their website but "the phones lines were down." I sent an email and pictures to request a return as they tell you to do on the return page on July 2, today, July 9, still no response. The website says they will respond within one day. And guess what - the phone number has been removed from their website!! I sent another email today but have no confidence they will respond. If they do, I'll let you know. This cheaply made item cost $36!!!! I took a chance on them and now it appears I will be out that $36. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. UPDATE: JULY 10 - I got an email from them today and they offered to replace it, not give a refund. I am sure the new one won't be any better. If it is, I'll let you know.

I waited over two months for the product to arrive. I was in contact with customer service and they kept telling me it was in transit and they could do so nothing until I received it. They finally sent me some tracking information but it was being sent from China and most of the information was in a different language. I asked for a refund multiple times. I was blocked from commenting on their Facebook ads. I have emailed many times and was sent the same cut and paste response when they did respond. Now no response when I ask for a refund. The product is cheap but since I am clearly not getting a refund I gave it to my dog. He ripped off the little green nubs in less then 5 minutes - I had to take it away from him. (He is not a heavy chewer and I received the green extreme chew.) So very upset and disappointed that this company scans people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I work with dog rescues and have told everyone to stay away. I hope somehow word gets out that this is NOT an American company and that customer service is beyond terrible. They are aware their “toothbrush” is junk and have no intention of providing refunds....
