I ordered an I pad on Thursday and it was here on Saturday couldn't believe it. It's great it is so light to handle the earlier models are a bit heavy. It is so easy to use with so many aps. to choose from I love the games. The internet is so easy with instant access it really opens the whole world in this little box it's amazing I love it.

I have just purchased a large item and boy, am i impressed! The service and communications i received were spot on! The delivery people were excellent. I simply can not fault Kay and co. When you consider that i am a grumpy old so and so, that's pretty cool!

I regularly shop with Kandco, they have fantastic service. 9/10 Times the delivery is next day if not its the day after. Ive never had a problem with any order, packaging is always in excellent condition, goods inside are never damaged. I will continue to buy from them. Knowing I can trust them to give me good service.

Speedy delivery of goods when in stock. Frequent updates if awaiting stck delivery. Various options to return goods. Various options for payment. Friendly phone service although sometimes the queueing if you need to speak to an advisor can sometimes be quite lengthy.

Having been told my item would be delivered on 11th, it is now 21st and still no delivery. Online customer services take so long to reply, longer than the 6 hours they state and then they tell me off when I request a response. Was then promised a response on 19th and hey guess what, still waiting. Checked on my account to find, item not delivered, don't need to be a brain surgeon to figure that out! Have now emailed again so I'll keep myself busy for the next 6 hours to see what the next excuse is, but I won't hold my breath.
