Hi Ana, We appreciate you leaving us a review. I'm sorry to hear that your deck arrived to you in less than new condition. We do our best and have designed our packaging to withstand ground shipments, however, from time to time, large objects like the deck you ordered are mishandled by the freight carrier. Can you tell us if the both decks arrived the same way? Are you able to send me some quick pictures of the damage so that I can file a claim for you? Your product your sent was not working as one would think
The product you sent was not dimensionally correct. I sent back the two rollers with bushings and my bolts to show you the bushings were too smalll. Awaiting your help to fix this. Your web site has an blue overlap that is confusing. Maybe its my browser. Within a week and a half you received the parts, saw the problem, determined a fix, and got the correct parts to me. I'm very satisfied with all you have done. Everything here now works. Thank you so much
