The products were shipped extremely quickly and they were great. There was an item I ordered that was no longer in stock but I got a very considerate phone call informing me that it wasn't available and that they were going to refund the purchase price. Great service.

Hi Norman, Thank you for leaving us a review. Your order was shipped the day after we received it. We did send you an email confirmation with a tracking number on 04/02/2020. Since you are in Canada and we are shipping from the US, it typically takes a few days longer for your items to arrive. We were able to get your order out within a day, but the shipping time with Canada Post was not in our control. Please understand. I did track the package for you and it seems that it was delivered to you today, 04/09/2020. Please let me know if it has not. -Ryan

I called a business associate who interfaces with your company and he told me to call your company . I went on line and go exactly what I wanted and quickly . Love my weights . Nice that I have them in my home since the gym is not possible now due to COVID-19.
