Hi P.KZ, We categorically reject the claims made by TheGoodNerd, and we believe their review reflects a misunderstanding of how abuse is handled at scale by cloud providers. We remain committed to maintaining a secure and reliable infrastructure and encourage all abuse reports to be submitted through the appropriate, verifiable channels so they can be properly investigated. Hi Shamsutdin, Thank you for sharing this detail, only we have no datacenter or servers in Newark, NJ: only in New York. Perhaps you misread the location? Could it be US-NY2 - New York, United States, North America? We have privately requested more information so we can find your account, and we hope you will respond so we can get to the bottom of the matter. You are also welcome to write us at [email protected]. Team Kamatera
