Hi Scott, We are so sorry you experienced our scale-up options as a scam! We strive to be completely transparent about our pricing and about what is included in our free 30-day trial package. I invite you to email the details to [email protected] (or send a ticket), so we can investigate your specific matter and perhaps find a more satisfactory solution.

My experience with Kamatera has been great. I am not really a tech person but they helped me set up the whole process with ease and were there to answer all my questions

Love their Customer service team, their response time is fast, courteous and always available. Been with a few hosting but none that puts the customer first each time. If you are seeking quality and support that is knowledge, Kamatera is what you are looking for.

Site constantly down, they bill me right away, but didn't refund the 5 days my servers were offline because of their "fire". Packages are overpriced, and support is terrible. 24 hours after putting in a ticket at Kamatera and sending an email to my "dedicated account manager" at omc.co.il , and no response at all. Pathetic. Don't host your servers here, you will have nothing but trouble, and get NO SUPPORT at all.
Response from KamateraSep 10, 2023
Hi Crypto Lover, We'd love to make sure that if you are still owed a refund from the NY July server fire that you get it! Everyone who requested their refund has received it, but of course mistakes can happen from time to time. Can you please let us know either the ticket number of your refund request or the email associated with the account so that we can check it out ASAP? Alternatively, I invite you to email the details to [email protected]. Looking forward to your reply.

Exceptional Service and Support when we needed it. I cannot stress how pleased we are that we started using Kamatera. We needed a server setup urgently, and the account manager was brilliant, engaging with our issues at 3am in the morning, patiently answering questions and reassuring us that the server would be good to go the same day - they did not disappoint. We opted for the managed service package and the support we receive is excellent and they always go the extra mile and even assist us with technical expertise when we need it. The server performance is also good, but you get what you pay for so this is subjective. On the whole I would definitely recommend Kamatera, we have been very happy with the customer and support service received, and have not changed our mind since we joined them in January.

This company works hard for their customers, and to win your business. They are very personable, and the most senior people are sometimes available to discuss your needs and issues. They are trying to compete in a competitive market, with various IAAS platforms out there, but it's worth giving them a try. They will at least discuss with you specific needs, which is something you will not find in other, massive IAAS companies.

Hi Owen, I'm so sorry to read about this missed connection. We take our customers' security very seriously, and indeed, even innocent accounts can get suspended from time to time. However, we do make sure to notify our customers both when they are suspended as well as the moment they are unsuspended, so that everyone can be on the same page. If you would like us to investigate this further, just let us know your suspension ticket number or the email associated with the account, so that we can get to the bottom of the matter for you. You are invited to respond here or by sending an email to [email protected]. Thanks
