Thus far
Thus far, the whole process is extremely and painfully slow. I initially paid for my first 2 months subscription on July 2nd. My first doc appt the prescriber was a no show, but I later found out they operate in Eastern Time. My reschedule was completed on July 14th, and the provider sent the script to the pharmacy the next day. Today is the 8th of August. So it has been over a month since I paid, and now 25 days ( 18 business days) after my docs appointment, and still I have not received any medication. I have repeatedly followed up with them on their patient portal messaging system, and they only reply to about 40% of my inquiries about the delay and wondering where in the process the medication is. They state it is a pharmacy problem, as they don't put the medication together, they provide the platform only. They still have not given me the pharmacy information so I can follow up with the pharmacy on the extensively long time it is taking for them to ship my medications. I am getting nervous now that this is a scam and that I may never receive any meds, and may have trouble getting any of my money back or cancelling the charges. Or maybe they are just poorly organized, or have far more volume of patients than what they can functionally handle. At any rate, they need to be more responsive, and need to find a more efficient compounding pharmacy. A patient should not have to wait more than 2 weeks tops from the time of prescribing to the receiving of the medication; a month or more is ridiculous.
