I’ll spare you the personal emotions & copy and paste interactions that I have had with customer service and just bluntly state they’re customer service is rude, unhelpful, and tried to gaslight a narrative to me when I mentioned mentioned I was going to add to their negative reviews. Go with Joyous if you are going to use at troches, I used to work with them and thought it try Kalm but the difference in quality and service is significant. You’ll have a much better experience overall

Rating is for Kalm Therapy (Ketamine provider) They used to sell fake magnetic bracelets, but discovered they can make a lot more money in the Ketamine business - so they kept the website & changed their scam. The product is fine - because they don't make it. They are just the middleman between you & the actual lab. Their M.O. appears to be to hook you with a monthly subscription, not give you a full months supply (18 lozenges in my case) and make it difficult for you to order the next batch. Time passes & you have no medicine, but they still made the money! Their customer interface is a joke! It basically consists of a chat that is not live & no information on your current status or orders. I waited for nineteen days for my refill & when I complained they said: "order is moving along process on time"! What a joke! I ended up paying $248 for only 18 lozenges & when I asked for a refund - they claimed "Your order in process will not be refunded"

I paid for my doctor's appointment and waited. Then I had my appointment which was easy and brief. I have now been without medication for a week as I was seduced by Kalm's price point. 1. You must pay for 2 months at a time. 2. The patient portal is not a portal it is a secure messaging system, you cannot get updates on your prescription status. When you message, they are quick to respond but only say, "refer to the new patient guide". 3. I have now waited a week since my appointment with the doctor and only today is the doctor going to send my prescription to the pharmacy and now I have to wait another week for the pharmacy to process the prescription and then maybe another week to actually get it. That is 3 weeks from my appointment! Unacceptable!! I'm going back to The Mindscape!! I always had my medication in hand within 7 days. I do not recommend Kalm to anyone at this point. Communication is fast, dismissive and not at all appropriate. They seem to care more about billing your card than providing a caring and competent medical service. Update: UPON ASKING FOR HELP I WAS SUMMARILY TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DEFAMATORY REVIEWS AND CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT A REFUND.

Signed up for monthly medicine. Received one month of medicine then started getting charged for medicine monthly, but not sent any. Asked to cancel service and be refunded. Didn't receive a confirmation of the request until pushed for it, but never received the refund. One month later I was AGAIN charged, after having repeatedly reaching out for confirmation beforehand. Only then was I finally responded to and they canceled and ONLY refunded me for the last charge which was after my initial cancelation was acknowledged.

I was with Kalm At Home Therapy for only two months, and my experience was an absolute nightmare. They do not care about their patients, nor do they operate with basic professionalism. After my first appointment, I moved six hours away. I notified them of my new address a full month in advance. Over the next month, I followed up three separate times to ensure my address had been updated in their system. Despite my proactive attempts, they completely ignored the updates and shipped my medication to my old address six hours away.

They are liars and cheats. The lowest kind of predatory company you can have the misfortune of interacting with. Avoid like the plague

UPDATE: Kalm's reply below is further proof of exactly what my original review points to. They are publicly lying about the facts of the case. Either they have very poor record keeping, or they are simply doing anything to keep people's money. The only refund I received from them was after my SECOND attempt to cancel. The first one was acknowledged and then ignored leading to a further charge, which is the only refund I received. Not the refund they state I received in their reply below. I explained that I would be reporting them to regulatory bodies due to the negligence and lack of customer support and instead of looking into my file and seeing what really happened I was threatened with this note: Matthew, You have long been refunded. It is not clear how else we can help you, a non-patient of our business. Please stop making threats as we have already done everything you wanted and you are now boarding the line of defamation with measurable damages for which we take very seriously and will seek to remedy from you. This will be the final communication on this matter.

When I reached out to resolve their mistake, they expected me to pay the full monthly subscription price a second time just to have my medication re-sent to the correct location. As I explained to them, I cannot afford to pay double for my prescription due to their negligence. When I told them I would rather cancel my subscription and switch to a provider that actually manages patient care properly, their entire response was literally just two letters: "OK." No apology. No attempt to make it right. No accountability whatsoever. They simply canceled my account and moved on. If you want a healthcare provider that takes your medical needs seriously, manages your address updates correctly, and treats you like a human being rather than a transaction, look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unhelpful, and remarkably unprofessional.
