I ordered an iphone case with pics of my dogs and it didn’t fit on the corner where my camera lens are. Turns out I had a lens protector on them that prevented the perfect fit. I unfortunately had to remove it and now the case fits like a glove. I informed the company that it wasn’t fitting properly and they emailed me back with instructions on how to return it then I told them about the lens protector and how I had to remove it and it works now. They were happy for me and glad it all worked out well. I explained that they should let people know before buying if they have a lens protector and I believe they said they would.

I ordered an insulated tumbler. The selection of pets and designs is fabulous. I received my tumbler and it is the best tumbler I have ever had. Keeps my drinks cold for hours. I get lots of complements on it. I ordered 2 more, one for me, and one for a Christmas gift. I have also ordered 3 ball caps, waiting for them to be delivered. Customer service also responded to my inquiry quickly with tracking, as the hat order shipped separately. Anxiously awaiting their delivery.

Ordered a insulated mug from them. The top was damaged upon arrival. Quickly contacted them and another top was sent out and received safely. I wish dealing with other companies was this easy. Most give you the runaround or ship back at your own expense even if it was their fault. Wish I could give them 100 stars. Awesome company

Ordered a metal tumbler with a pic of a Pom on it for my husband. The Pom passed away on 5-23. Husband loved it. It turned out really great. Thanks.

The first thing i love about this cup is that you can have cats and dogs on it. Second, it came in purple, which is my favorite color. Third, it’s stainless steel, so it keeps drinks cold. The only thing that made me sad was it went on sale about a week after I ordered it. Just my luck, I guess. I love my cup!! Thank you!!

Very easy to choose design, I just had trouble deciding which dogs to pick to be ony cup. I have had several dogs over the last 30 years. Keeps hot drinks hot & cold drinks cold. Good size, I got the biggest offered. One thing I don't like is there a little lip around the drink opening which seems to make drinking a little hard. I use a straw for cold drinks & a lid from an other cup I already had when having a hot drink. Great memorial to pets that have passed away. I love my cup. Takes some time to get, but you have to remember it is personalized.
