**UPDATE** Our order did finally arrive! The shoes are actually very well made, fit perfectly and are adorable! I have updated our rating to four, marked down only for the delays in shipping and responses when we reached out to them. Other than that, very pleased! My husband ordered a pair of custom shoes for me for Christmas in early November. The tracking continues to show "processing" and never updates. He has attempted to contact the company several times and has not received a response. I would not recommend ordering,unfortunately. I am really disappointed because the product looked so cute and I was really looking forward to receiving them.

I have made a few different purchases from this company and as of yet, I have not yet been disappointed in my products. Even though sometimes it may seem like your order will not get to you as fast as you might want them to, my orders have always been worth the wait. I will continue to place orders from this business because they have never let me down yet. Even the orders that were ordered and delivered to my friends as gifts were accepted just like mine were. Originally I was scared because I placed an order of Christmas gifts a month in advance & having never ordered from this site before I was afraid when I wasn’t receiving any tracking emails or info. Once I emailed asking about the tracking info, the company got back to me promptly with tracking info & all in all the products I ordered arrived in time & they look fantastic! Thank you Kalliegear!
