We loved the complementary treats that used to be sent with our bag of dog food how come you changed it!

Their service and turnaround time are good but not as good as Chewy. Also I have written them about condition of packages on delivery which I never received a response to. Part of problem obviously is the carrier but part of problem is boxes and packing materials. Also package sealing tape appears to not be as sturdy and comes broken sometime. The only other issue is their website which I find slightly cumbersome to use and lack of some manufacturer info which I have to go to the brand’s site.

Everything was great free shipping, only wish shipping was faster.

Great price, delivered in good shape, correct item, took a week to receive product. Over all I'm happy with my service will just factor in shipping time at next order.

Great product, fast shipping.

I’m a new customer, normally making my purchases with 2 other well known online pet retailers. I was pleased with my first online purchase with K9 Cuisine. My items were competitively priced, they were packaged nicely and the email correspondence from purchase through delivery was excellent. The only slight letdown was the shipping time - it took 5 days to arrive, which is quite a bit longer than the other two retailers I use. I would consider using them again if prices remain competitive and would recommend others to give them a try.
