I have been doing business with chewy.com for quite some time and they short shipped and back ordered several times. My dogs have a sensitive digestive system and I have to have their regularvfood to avoid digestive upset, and a day or two late I can live with, but not much longer than that. No dog does well switching food abruptly without transition. And, K9 Cuisine got my order shipped to me immediately. I will now be purchasing from canine cuisine

I ordered a large bag of Fromm dog food and a bottle of Shampoo. Somehow during transit the cap came off the bottle of shampoo. I received a package with lots of suds but not a single drop of shampoo. I called K9cuisine and told them what happened and a couple days later I received a new bottle of shampoo. Now I consider that excellent service. To me customer service is just as important as the quality of the products you buy. I was extremely impressed.
