My order came intact and it was easy to navigate the website. Would like to see more products. Pricing was good but difficult to get free shipping due to lack of product offering. The order took a while to get mailed out. Not very speedy in comparison to other online stores. I will need to reorder sooner.

I used K9Cuisine to order some Fromm's dog food that many stores and Chewey don't carry. The food arrived and was reasonably priced however it took 9 or 10 days to arrive from the time I ordered it. I am used to the 1-2 day delivery window from Chewey so I was a bit disappointed, but next time I will order from here again but plan ahead because I will anticipate a slow delivery.

Delivery was good but there was no way to track it. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. :)

Took an entire week for shipping since order placed. Need to improve shipping time to be compatible. Amazon is much faster. Prices are good for dog food.

Love the site and pricing is great. I only wish they would have let me know that the order would be coming in two shipments. I had to call customer service when I received first box with packing slip/receipt that had full order listed but only one of the two items inside.

Good price but would be nice if they matched competitors 2 day shipping. 6 days via ups ground but my go to dog food place doesn’t carry the item k9 had.

Overall great, however I gave 4 Stars and not 5 because of the delivery. Package was left outside the building in a not covered area and busy street. Otherwise, fast 2 day shipping.

Package came a couple days late but I was otherwise completely satisfied :)
