Only complain I have it took too long to receive the package. (It took 8 days after placed the order)

Quicker delivery please. Ordered 12/28 Delivered 1/3--yes there was a Holiday-we almost ran out of food, nerve racking!!

Ordered a bag of dog food and after entering my credit card details received a message that they were experiencing technical difficulties and the order wasn’t placed. Ordered the same bag of food again and this time the order went through. Received an email from Customer Service that I had placed two orders and they were wondering if I really wanted two bags. I replied that I only wanted one bag. She said she would adjust the order but I then received an email with two tracking numbers. The order was placed December 26th. Today is January 2 and according to UPS tracking neither one of the bags was ever shipped. Emailed Customer Service again but didn’t get a response. I am adding to this review and changed it from 2 stars to 3 stars. After leaving a voicemail, Lisa from Customer Service called back and explained that the warehouse made a mistake and that the order has shipped now (after 8 days).

The online ordering was easy but the price was quite a bit more than my local feed store where I will get it next time.

I ordered Nutri-Source Puppy food + chicken and rice formula for small breeds. I waited a whole week for delivery and I did not receive what I ordered. It is Nutri-Source brand but, It is not the chicken and rice formula. My puppy is due to be delivered tomorrow, so I guess I will keep it and hope for the best. No packing slip in the box... Probably will look elsewhere in the future

I like to be able to order online. Chewy has stopped selling Acana. I was surprised how long it took my order to get to my house. I was going out of town and was running short on time and food. I placed my order mid day on a Thursday and received my order late afternoon on Tuesday. I do like that fact that there was a sample of treats that came with my order tho.

Shipping was a little slow compared to other online dog food retailers. It was frustrating to get the email asking me to review the product before I even received the product. Otherwise the webpage was easy to navigate and the selection of pet foods was fantastic.
