Shipping costs seem excessive. Delivery speed could be improved

Delivery much too slow.

First time ordering to give the company a try. Fast delivery but the box was thin and falling apart. Ordered dry kibble so it was ok and not damaged, but I would not feel comfortable ordering canned foods or other delicate items in the future

This company shared my information with others. I now CONSTANTLY have K9 pop ads coming up.on my cell phone. Horrible company. I will never order from them again. I can get the products that I ordered at other stores.

Love this company & how quickly orders are processed BUT ever since they switched shipping from using FedEx to UPS have had issues with UPS. Went from 3 day delivery time to 7 plus. The last shipment was over 10 days. I k ow another customer that lives in Sea & his order was over a week as well. Horrible shipping experiences. Can't take chances with delayed lame shipping company

The selection of products is great quality although free and faster shipping is an important consumer option that I was not offered and is almost expected these days.

Been an autoship customer for a while now. I got the normal email that states when my shipment will be sent and how much the total bill will be. That email said the payment is 82.99, which has been the payment all along. When I check to see what I was charged, I was charged 90.99! No advance notice and not the amount I was told. I will not shop here anymore.
