I had to call customer service because the delivery was very delayed, but the person I had contact with was just wonderful and she kept following up until the issue was resolved, and in the end it as the fault of FedEx not the company. I will definitely reorder.

I needed Fromm dog food and after moving I did not have a place close to my house to purchase it. After looking at a few online shops I went with K9 Cuisine and I am glad I did. The shopping experience was exactly as it should be. I received an immediate confirmation email, they shipped it the next business day via FedEx and sent an email with tracking, it arrived in 3 days and was well packaged. Prices for Fromm are about the same at all the stores so it is best to choose the seller based on service and K9 Cuisine performed perfectly.
