A $24 cost for a 4 pound bag of dog food is prohibitively expensive. In addition, a week passed between my order submission and delivery. It is unlikely that I will be placing any future orders.

My dog has eaten this kind of dog food for about 5 years. Then I switched to a different kind that was easier for me to buy. I switched back to Red Paw X-series for adult dogsin the hope her allergies/dry skin will improve. It’s too soon to tell if switching back will help. I have a suggestion for improvement in packaging. Could some kind of handles be put on the packaging? Like is on bird seed plastic sacks? I’m 78, single and the packages are very difficult to handle, plus the slick packaging doesn’t help. Delivery is great! Right to my front door. However, to get the food in my house is difficult and it sits until I switch to a smaller sack. I don’t like dog food sitting exposed in my living room. Typical order and delivery, no special pricing

Well 1st. It took 7days to get order. Then it finally arrived. It was left on a decorative wall next to driveway. Nowhere where I have a mail basket with sign that says MAIL. ON A COVERED PORCH. not impressed

Ups took a day longer. Maybe use fedex

My first order was received and the items I purchased were wrong. I called and immediately they sent the right merchandise. Customer Service was good.

Good price but slowing shipping

The Redbarn Bully “Rings” was 1 ring. Wish product discription states that, as we have 2 dogs. So we had to cut in half, which defeats the purpose of purchasing the rings (less chance of becoming a choking hazard). Other then that, VERY happy with K9 services and prices. I also ordered Acana singles dog food with no issues. Will order again this month. Thank you K9 for all of your help (phone call & email) with mix up on delivery address!
