got the wrong order. sent an email to customer service...

I was sent the wrong food. The packing label was correct but the contents were wrong. The correct brand has been shipped and I awaiting this.

UPS says the package was delivered to my front porch @ 7:05 last night. No, it wasn’t, I was home and my 85 lb watchdog would have barked her buttocks off while lunging at the door. I don’t appreciate being interrogated and asked if I might have put it behind a chair, and look in the garage. Right, I’m 64, disabled by MS, and incapable of carrying a 28 lb bag of dog food around the house. I’m nearly out of dog food because I ordered a bag with ample time for it to reach my house had it been delivered in a timely manner..

I have not received my dog food yet! .....Not Cool ... my dogs say paws down never again ....

February 16th I made an order. 18th cargo has been shipped. 20th I made the following order and received a letter to the email. I called them and found out that they replaced both orders with me and deployed my goods before receiving. Me and my pet are very upset.

As soon as I gave her the food, within 6 hours her paws started itching her. I stopped the food; the itching stopped. I started the food again; the itching started AGAIN! Is there ANY GOOD food out there besides my chicken, rice, and pumpkin????

My first purchase with K9Cuisine was disappointing and a bad experience for a new customer. After my purchase did not ship and was still processing after 24 hrs, I contacted customer service and was told the product I ordered was not in stock and would not be in stick for several weeks. There should have been a process in place to either notify me or not accept my order if there was no stock. I then ordered from another company and my purchase was delivered the next day.

7 days in transit time to go 550 miles not good at all
