I was somewhat “forced” to find a new place to buy my dog food and treats when the online store I used to shop at stopped carrying my preferred brand. I couldn’t be any happier since switching to K9Cuisine! The website is user friendly and easy to navigate, and orders always arrive promptly. One time they shipped two of the wrong size and flavor dog treats and they took care of the issue promptly and fully. Even more impressive was when they noticed that I had placed an order for dog treats that required me to pay shipping but that I had an auto ship order starting within days of that. Someone called me because that didn’t look right to them and they wanted to know if they could combine the two orders to save me the shipping charges. I was floored at this level of customer service! I highly recommend K9Cuisine! Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

I am happy I found K9Cuisine online. They had a product I could not get locally and we were up against a shipping deadline to leave on a trip and they came thru in the clutch and got us our product and at a competitive price and on time. We will be using them regularly now, and plan on using their autoship feature!
