An online business with a "Mom & Pop shop" level of customer service!
Excellent customer service. Quick shipping. Extremely accommodating customer service that goes out of their way to service their customers. No reason to shop the big chains when there is a small business like this who sells at competitive prices too.

I received a personal call after making…
I received a personal call after making a double order -- my first order was for right away and the second was to create a scheduled order, but the first delivery for that would also be right away. Someone called the next morning to check if I really meant to do that! I was pleased to receive that level of attention to detail. I responded that I decided to take both immediate deliveries, because I needed a back-up supply of the dog food I was ordering anyway. Both packages arrived in good order and I was delighted to get free shipping as well as a decent price!
