I had trouble finding my puppy’s food. Finally, I found that K9Cuisine had it available online. I placed my order but wanted to ensure that it truly was in stock so I called the customer service line. There was no answer and was led to a voicemail system. I left a voicemail but felt doubtful of ever getting a call back. To my surprise I received a call back within the hour from a sweet lady who confirmed that they indeed had the food in stock. Seemed kind of “old school” but they really do return your call. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to get food before running out. Free shipping too! They also included a free treat sample!
