Slow delivery. Charge credit card before receiving product. Won’t use them again

I have yet to receive a big portion of the order.

Placed order on 12/26 and 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived. When it finally arrived - half of the order was missing! I called and was told it would be shipped out. It is now 1/8 and I still have not received the other half of the order. UPDATE: Order just arrived! And customer service was helpful. So I will modify this review to two stars... it still takes MUCH too long to receive a shipment from this company.

This was my first order and the shipping email stated most orders take 1-3 days. I am currently on day #7 since I placed my order and according to the tracking number it will still be another 2 days till I receive it. I’ve already gone out and bought the food elsewhere in the meantime. First and last order. Buyer beware.

Package came three days late, after my dog ran out of his food. He is allergic to other foods so this was a problem. I called your office when initially found out it was late and told it was the shipping company’s fault. When the food arrived the bag had torn a small amount but as I needed the food I kept it. Probably won’t use your company again.

Ordered 7 days ago, and still waiting on shipment.... thought this would be an easier option, but had to drive to the pet store due to running out of food 1 day ago. Thought shipment would be quick, however still waiting....

The website said it would ship same day but the item did not rather the next day and it didn't arrive on the day it said it would rather a day later and I was out of town and had to buy product else where. Thanks alot.

It took entirely too long to try to return a product. They did not send the return label for quite a while, and then are charging me for the shipping. Almost all the companies I deal with now pay for shipping and returns are free. I will try to find another company that sells the product size that I need.
