My daughter and her dog were flying in from the West coast. She feeds her dog Acana so we needed to find a company that could ship quickly and K9 did just that. Order arrived in the two days expected, packaged perfectly. We will use K9 going forward for our dogs' needs. Great customer service and prices.

I have, so far, placed two orders with K9Cuisine. Initially there was problems setting up my account online, but email customer service responded quickly and got it resolved in less then 24 hours, which resulted in my first order being processed and delivered appropriately. Email customer service was very helpful! I am very pleased with my second transactions. I ordered two bags of dog food which were delivered and billed appropriately.
