The process was easy to order Pure Vita dog food which is hard to find in most physical retail stores. The order was shipped and arrived within 5 days of order. Great service and quality shipping to make sure dog food arrives safely without any damage.

Excellent service very quick delivery when I had a concern that I did not have my tracking number which was my fault because I didn’t do an account and couldn’t find the tracking number they had provided me I must have deleted it I emailed them they mediately they Emailed me back I was able to get my tracking information I proceeded then to just open account to make things simple. The food was delivered undamaged very fresh very pleased will not be buying my food from anywhere else. Wish I knew about them when I had my other three pugs now I’m onto my new baby pug and they will be providing her with her food. Thank you guys for being great and trustworthy

K9Cuisine was recommended to me by a friend for the Fromm's brand dog food. I ordered it for the first time and was impressed at the speed and ease in which it was delivered to my home. Thank you. I just ordered another bag!

I placed an order today and got free shipping because it was over $49. I called the company to ask when the package will arrive, but left a voice mail not hoping fo a quick reply. Margaret called me back and left le a voicemail and sent me an email in like 8 minutes from my original call! The shipment is arriving tomorrow--- free overnight shipping and wonderful customer service, and my favorite dog food brands at great price? I am a customer for life---at least my dogs lives haha! Thank you k9cuisine!

Slightly better pricing than the big competition. Got my product just as fast, and they had the product when everyone else was out (due to relabeling). I’m switching to K9Cuisine. One and only frustration, i was not able to set up an auto ship...perhaps it’s an iOS compatibility issue? I will keep trying.
