True to their warranty
True to their warranty, after my 9-mo old GSD chewed her crate pad, K9 Ballistics is replacing it for us. Hopefully, she will outgrow her chewing soon.

Great Service
The customer service at K9 is wonderful. They respond and help you with whatever your problem is. They always put their customers first. i only use them for all my dog beds.

Stellar dogs beds and amazing customer service!
Stellar beds, stellar products and amazing customer service! I have 7 of their orthopedic beds, most with bolsters in their blue quartz color! One of my orders got lost by FedEx and Shelia promptly ordered me a new one! My dogs have loved these beds since I first started ordering them. Almost every room in my home has one of the XL Tough Ripstop™ Rectangle Bolster Orthopedic Dog Beds × Blue Quartz! Much Love!

Highest quality you’ll find.
The quality of the dog bed is unmatched. I purchased my first K9 bed more than 7 years ago and just got two more for my new Boxer pups! Their customer support team is also the best!! Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and kindly. Buy the best and forget the rest.

Excellent customer service & products
Excellent customer service. The products are beyond comparison. I spent thousands of dollars trying to find beds that my Great Danes wouldn't destroy. This was the only one.
