I have been using JVZoo since 2014 as a customer and I have also sold products on their platform. I do like that they check the products for compliance. They helped me get my sales page in order to be compliant with the ftc. Other platforms just let anyone sell anything. Glad JVZoo is taking these steps.

JVZoo will NOT provide ANY refunds, its always up to the seller, WHAT?
JVZoo does NOT back-up a customer who has purchased almost $2000 worth of products from JVZoo vendors/sellers!!! My LAST purchase EVER at JVZoo was for about $200-$300 on a product that sounded better than it actually was, "WP Auto Content". This product was just pulling duplicated content off the internet, and slightly altering it, uh, copyright issues? I learned this via reviews. I never even used the product, and asked for a refund within 5 days after the purchase from the seller. They said they don't do returns, WHAT!!! Of course JVZoo says there's nothing they can do if the seller doesn't want to give a refund, WHAT!!! THEY ARE SELLING OFF OF YOUR FREAKING PLATFORM JERKS!!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO, OF COURSE THERE'S LOTS YOU CAN DO, BUT JUST WON'T!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU EVER AGAIN, AS YOU HAVE NO CARE, COURTESY, ETHICAL, MORAL RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE MAKING YOU MONEY. TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN RIGHT!!! DON'T EVER BUY THROUGH JVZOO EVER AGAIN, UNLESS YOU DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.

JVZoo does not collect your payment, so they cannot refund you. They do provide the seller's contact information and if you cannot successfully come to a solution with the seller, Paypal allows up to 180 days for disputes and refunds. The steps are quite easy if you wish to get a refund.
