Once we have this information, we can also review why you are seeing multiple charges on your account.

Hi Dianne. I've just searched JVZoo's help desk and we have no requests from you for a refund. We don't even have a customer with your name. We are a marketplace and are happy to step in and assist people gaining refunds when they open tickets with us. I'm certain if you check, you've not written to JVZoo, but rather an individual seller. I'm assuming you used an email address that doesn't contain your name as well since we can't find you in our system. We will happily assist you if you can contact us [email protected] and tell us what you purchased, under what email address and what you're requesting refunded. Help us Help you! EDIT: We keep updating this message as we find that most of our negative reviews come from people claiming they cannot gain a refund from us. When we search our help desk and customer accounts, we have no customers with the name used to write a negative review of JVZoo. When we respond on Trustpilot, we receive no response in return to help. We request additional information via Trustpilot's system and still nothing. Trustpilot allows the reviews to stay stating the reviewer doesn't have to use their real name. WHY WOULD ANYONE WHO WANTS A REFUND NOT USE THEIR REAL NAME OR PROVIDE INFORMATION TO RECEIVE THE REFUND??? We are a marketplace, we are not psychic. If this means we are to receive negative reviews for being exactly what we claim and never what we do not claim, so be it. We happily refund people that use their real names and open support tickets with our company, JVZoo.
