If I could give a ZERO I would!! I signed up to receive gift cards for making reviews of products that they would send to me. The cost of the program cost around $37 well,$40.97 and asked when do I expect to receive my card? No answer.. Then while looking at my statement they not only charged me the $40.97 then again I was charged $74.19 then another $89.69 I called my card to file a dispute because those charges were NOT authorized!! They refunded me $2.00 !!!! It was only a few days go. I sent an email to them and have not received a response. I can't afford to throw money away like that, I'm 63 and only have my SS to live on. Can someone please advise on how I can get a full refund.. please and Thank you

These guys are FINALLY taking care of business, and not letting the scammers ( sadly, there are a few ) get away with just taking people's money and forcing them to go to PayPal. LOVE that they are taking this seriously and looking out for customers in general. This is the second time that they have helped me with non-responsive vendors.

I thought I was tech savvy enough to do this but the further in I got I realized I was in way over my head!!! I contacted the customer service department and requested a refund. They were wonderful and it was resolved within 24 hours!! Thank you so much!!
